What supplements do you suggest I should take and what kind of workouts should I do for great abs, arms, shoulders and chest!?!?

for your height and weight you are very lean!. 5% bodyfat is competition level and you can't get much lower than that as the body needs fat to survive!. If you want to bulk up you need to eat more!. Most body builders go through a bulk up phase where they train really have and consume more calories than they expend, then go through a "cutting up" phase before comp when they cut their carbs right down!.!.and because of this they can't train as hard or heavy (as they don't usually have the energy) so they do lots of cardio and high rep/low weight training to burn off the fat they gained in the bulk up stage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
