Gatorade.?!


Question: Gatorade!.!?
I love gatorade, but somebody told me that it's not good for you to drink it on a regular basis!. I use it to work out and sports, but i also drink it with lunch or dinner sometimes!. So is it ok, or just to workout!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gatorade is good, but water is probably better!. A bottle of Gatorade contains 50 calories per 8 fl oz (about 120 per bottle)!. Swiching to water will save you calories!. Remember* - everythings okay in moderation!

Gatorade has a lot of sodiums and electorlytes in it that are good for you if you are dehydrated after a work out!. It wasn't created to be something to drink all the time!. And plus you are getting extra sugar and calories out of it!. Try to limit it to one gatorade a day and then some water with lemon in it!. Nothing should replace water!. So, no, gatorade is not good for you if you drink it all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you seen Idiocracy, if you haven't you should here's a link!. Gatorade is a manufactured product, which means it doesn't occur naturally so our bodies do not need it and it is not a good source for hydration!.
