I have 6 stone to lose and I used to eat anything like KFC McDonalds foods anything I could get my hands on, but the main thing I have done is cut down in meal sizes like I do all the cooking in my house for my parents and I have the lesser of the meals probably because I want to make sure they get a decent meal and that they are not hungry!.

So far with slimming world I have lost 12!.5lbs and am 2lb away from getting a stone award!.

So I am wanting to lose weight now cos it has become a health issue now!.

I have bran flakes for breakfast crispbread and some cottage cheese, and some miller light yogurts and then I have my tea tonight we have lamb again cos I cooked a leg of lamb last night so that will go for two days!.

well i would really like to lose 1-2 stone becuase i'm not tall and i weigh a tiny bit over 8 stone, I dont look very fat but you know!. Ive started exercising towards it!. every morning, i get up and go running before breakfast, then i dont each very much breakfast, so i dont put all the weight back on!. for breakfast i have 1 weetabix and sometimes a smoothie ( i like smoothies!)!. then i eat lunch at about 1 ish!. i dont eat ery much becuase i havent got particularly long to lose the weight!. i usually have salad or sometimes some wholewheat pasta!. then i have a snack at about 4 ish, usuallly grapes or crackers!. then for lunch, my mum said making stir frys are good if you want to lose weight becuase there are lots of vegetables and a very samll amount of oil, lus they taste great!. and i can eat them often, becuase you can make loads of different stirfrys!.

i dont eat crisps anymore but i do have the occasional chcoclate bar!. sometimes i have cereal bars as a snack to, but i dont like them that muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

I have 14 lbs to lose, althoght i dont need to!. I want to lose the weight and more importantly, TONE UP, ready for my bikini in the summer!
Currently i am eating healthy (no fried food or sweets, chocolate ,cake etc) walking for am hour everyday minimum and eating fish, chicken, turkey, fruit and veg!. I plan to up my exercise too!.

28g cereal, banana, skimmed milk

wholemeal bread, salad sandwich with ham no spread

Chicken and veg not potatoes or
Gammon poached eggs and salad

snack on fruits and mullerlight yoghurts

well im 17 5''5 and a size 10/12!.!. would like to be a size 10 overall and would like to loose a stone!. i eat quite a bit as i like my food :p

if i eat any junk food, i eat as little as possible!. green tea pills are the best for CONTROLLING your overall hunger, and you must keep your exercise consistent and vigorous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
