Question:

Some people studying Japan say they are thin because walk alot. then how come don't talk about dangers?

Dangers of walking alot. LIke getting arthritis and foot damages. I walk alot, eat well and exercise and I have a gut, my feet have Tarsal tunnel syndrome and i often have muscle pulls in the ankles.

So walking alot doesn't necesarrily mean that that is the best way to lose weight. what do you think?

Maybe they didn't answer seriously to you.
They are thin. But it is not because of walking alot. because of less oil foods. Especially women hate oily foods today.
Most part of Japan need a car. Only Tokyo ppl are walking a lot.
