Question: If i eat 1000 calories a day!?
and burn off 500 will i lose weight!?i have a healthy diet of meat, veg and fruit but am needing to shift my baby weight xWww@Answer-Health@Com

This answer may be long, but I have quite a few points to make!.!.!.so please, bear with me!.
1) You shouldn't be limiting yourself to only 1,000 cals if you're just trying to lose 'baby weight'!. If you were obese or your weight was endangering your health in any way, that would be different!.
2) If you were to adjust the number of cals you intake and live a mostly sedentary lifestyle, your body will adjust itself to burn 1,000 cals rather than the ~2,000 you were probably consuming before!.
Your body needs calories to function, that is a simple fact of life (just as it also needs fats, sugars and the like) don't constirct yourself! If you were to limit yourself so much, you would be very limited in the foods you choose, which could lead to weight gain!. Don't over eat, obviously, but remain active and eat a variety of foods everyday to keep your systems thinking and running properlyWww@Answer-Health@Com

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

Yes!.!.!. You will lose weight, However, eventually it will either stop or you start losing muscle and gaining fat!. This is because of what other people have said !.!.!. starvation mode!. Your body, as a woman needs at the very least 1200 calories!. Plus!.!.!. burning 500 on a 1000 calorie diet will also contribute to starvation mode!.

What I'm saying is!.!.!. You'll see results!.!.!. good results!.!.!. for a short while!.!.!.

But your metabolism will eventually slow down and you won't see the results any more!.!.!. And because you screwed up the metabolism!.!.!. then you will start gaining weight when you go back to eating normally!.

My advice is to up the calories to 1200!.!.!.!.!. and burn 500-1000!.!.!. You'll lose weight as well!.!. but its a little more safe assuring!.

burning off 500 cals is good but only eating 1000 calories is way too low, especially if you are burning off 500!!

Try to eat around 1500-1800 calories of healthy low fat food and continue to burn the 500 calories and youll lose weight fast but still be healthy and have energy!.

You will lose weight for sure, though in the textbook we call it it starvation!.

Instead of consuming as little calories as you can, you should look at healthy food low in carbohydrates, also known as Atkin's diet!.

Weight loss is simple burning more calories than you are eating!. Your body needs many calories every day just to do it's functions!. So yes, you will lose weight, probably too much weight!. I think you need more caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

You will lose it quick but are you sure your losing fat not muscle!. If your body feels like it is starving it will go in starvation mode and store fat and burn of muscle!. It is a long ago trait!. I would ask a nutritionist for help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is not healthy, you need at least 1200 kcal for ur body to function!. and preferibly from 1500 when you exercise and want to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are an adult, a 1000 calorie diet per day is not
