well i just came back from the gym!.!.!.and i feel some sort of pain only in my left pectoral!.!.!.!.!.i don't know what this is and why this is happening!.!.!.!.!.help!

Well this has happened to me once and its probably just caused from over exertion of the muscle!. You probably unknowingly put more weight on that side!. For me the pain went away the next day only that, that side was a little more sore than the other!. Make sure to stretch before going to sleep and the next day it help a lot with the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It depends on what type of pain it is!. If it is sharp only when you move it you may have pulled or even sprained your muscle!. General soreness/ tenderness is not cause for worry though!. If the muscle is tight try stretching out and applying warmth to the area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You could have overexerted just that muscle!. Also, you are probably very dehydrated, drink plenty of water and take IBUPROFIN (advil) not tylenol!. Take Advil and drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
