I've started doing Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago & I've lost 15 pounds. My question is ?
Do you all have any stories, snack ideas, experiences with Weight Watchers? Just to let you all know that I didn't actually join W W because of financial reasons I just purchased the starter kit with the books and am pretty much doing in on my own. And so I need as much advice as I can. I'm 5'5 and as of right now I weigh 185 ( I know thats huge people so don't write back telling me that I'm fat believe me I already know) I havent quit started working out yet because I'm always feeling so exhausted thats another issue that I'm dealing with any ideas on how to boost my energy while on Weight Watchers?
Answers:
I do cardio when I'm feeling hungry and tired. Because it releases stored fat, and leaves me feeling energized and not hungry for a long time afterwards.
If I eat before I excercise, I end up feeling tired after, becaue it will burn the food I ate, but not go so far as to open up fat stores.
