Popcorn........?!


Question: Popcorn!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
ok so i'm dieting!.!.!.!. and on the popcorn nutrtional bracket on the back it says that popcorn is 90 calories if i eat 2 tbsp of it unpopped, and 30 calories if i eat a cup of it popped!.
am i flaskbacking again!? or did they really list the calories of uncooked food!? ok!. second is a cup of cooked popcorn really only 30 calories!? dont they have popped and unpopped backwards for which has more calories!? huh!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

But look at the amount of space it takes for uncooked vs cooked!. Cooked takes like 8 times more room, so that's why!. One cup of cooked popcorn is like nothing!.!.it's mostly air, whereas uncooked is a dense bunch of them in 2 tbsp!.

Popcorn is a great snack! Whole grain, too!. Just be sure to get "Healthy Pop", or those 98% fat free ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats exactly what i was thinking yesterday when we were making popcorn and my sister told me there is 20 calories in a cup of cooked popcorn i was like wow you could eat it all the time!. So yh i know what you mean!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, a lot of times they do list the calorie intake of "uncooked" food!.!.!.!. strange, but they do it!. I'm not certain as to why the uncooked is more calories!.!.!.!.!?!?!?!? Maybe someone else will know!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it is because the popped popcorn fills more than the unpopped ones!. Not sure but i believe so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just eat air-popped popcorn!. but make sure it doesnt have butter or salt!. its really healthy and yummy!.
