First :) Do not hope that a pill would help you loose 20 pounds which you got through the years!.!.!. It can help a bit, but do not expect much!.
There are 2 types of pills : stimulants, which tend to make you burst with energy (and kinda weird) and apetite supresants!. Prolly you want second!. Btw, most of them do not claim to solve your weight problems without excercises and controling what you eat, and if they do - its a scam!.

Diet pills, that reduce appetite, do so by using stimulants!.!.most of which will make you feel weird and keep you up!. I can't take them as they all make me feel that way!.

Having a little protein with all your meals/snacks, will help make you feel more full and suppress your appetite somewhat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alli is the only FDA approved pill that is proven to work!. It works because you HAVE to diet when you take them or else the side effects are brutal!. I lost 4 pounds in my first week!. I had taken other things before but they made me shakey and gave me a "nervous" stomach so I stopped taking them because the side effects were too bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if i were u i would rather prefer to eat less or exersise more!.pills r really harmfull and they wont keep on working if u stop eatting them,thats my own opinion about this,anyway good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
