Daily calories question?!


Question: Daily calories question!?
How many calories should a 15-year old female, 5'7", 130ish pounds, who exercises 6 days a week for at least 45-minutes be getting daily!?
I'm getting an average of 1000 calories daily, is this too little!?
I'm trying to get more protein in my diet too!.!.!.

Oh and also, how healthy are eggs for you!? Like which way of serving them is the best/healthiest!?

It's great that you are eating well and exercising a lot, it sounds like you have a very healthy lifestyle! However, you are definitely not eating enough calories!. You should get about 1950 to maintain your weight, 1560 to lose, and 1170 to lose quickly (which is only suggested for those aiming to lose over 25 lbs!.)!.

Eggs are a great source of protein!. I would suggest boiling them in water to avoid oil, butter, salt, etc!. Also, just eating the egg white is healthier because the yolk contains a lot of cholesterol!. Having them with whole wheat toast is great and healthy too!

you can get a pretty good idea of your calorie intake and needs!.

Eggs are very good for you and are rich in protien!. In preperation remember that you have to count every thing you add to them!. if you make scrambled and add cheese them you have to count the calories in the cheese!. if you make eggs benedict you have account for all the ingredients added to the eggs!.

hard boiled eggs are prolly healthiest, but personally i find that they taste plainest!. so i'd go with soft boiled!. :) prolly just as healthy really!. all eggs r pretty good, just avoid having to fry them too much!.
and yeah, u need to be eating WAY more calories!. like i eat about the same amount as u and i'm 15 and 106 lbs!. and i eat like a bird too!. so yeah, EAT MORE!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your calorie intake realy depends on your metabolism and your type of workout!. 1000 calories is too little though!. Too many eggs will harm your health as they contain a lot of colesterol!. Keep an eye on your weight!. If you are already fit and in good shape, you should look to keep your weight as it is now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercising 45 minutes daily!?!? You should be eating more like 2,000 calories a day!.
