Question: How can a 14 year old lose some baby fat!?
Hi!. I'm 14 years old, im about 105 lbs i dont have my period yet, and i play for 3 serious soccer teams!. I' think its only about 5 pounds worth of baby fat, mostly on my stomach, but a little on the inside of my theighs, and i was wondering how to lose it!. im not trying to lose weight specifically, just the flab!.im going to the beach in 2 months, so i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice so i could lose it in time for the beach!.ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

youve only got a little bit a weight to lose, 1-2 weeks would do it if you make the effort!. make sure you do most exericse before breakfast so youre burning fat and not yor breakfast!. cut out chocolate, crisps, sodas etc!. snack on fruit or dried fruit, or if you like yoghurt, hae fat free!. after lunch i do 45 minutes of exercise again and then after dinner i go walking with my dad for over an hour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i disagree about the baby fat comment!. i'm 15 and i gained a buncha weight when i hit puberty, but then in the last 6 months i'm droppin' the pounds like i'd never imagined!.
just eat healthy!. cut sugar from the diet altogether to speed up the process :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

run everyday possible for 15 minutes then turn around and try and run home in less!. do some abs excercises like these ones!.

do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, drink 8-10 glasses of water
U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
