Question: What restaurant/food choice is more healthy for tomorrow's dinner!? easy 10 points!!!!?
okay so for breakfast and lunch tomorrow i will in total have 190 cal weight watcher muffin, 150 cal skim milk cereal, 200 cal sandwich, 130 cal crackers, 12 grapes, and a small cup of peaches!.

so its all pretty healthy!.!.and about 720 calories!. i want to stay in 1200 calories for dinner!.!.and i wont be able to exercise at all!.

my family either wants to go to jersey mikes or mcalisters!.
so which is the best/most healthy/lowest cal and fat meal for me!?

-sub sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce, turkey, ham, and a little little bit of mayo!. and baked lays!.
-chicken tortilla soup in a bread bowl
-grilled chicken wrap with only lettuce, chicken, and mustard!. with either a side of chicken tortilla soup or a side of fruit!.

which is best and most filling!? it has to keep me full all night and ill be eating at 4pm!.

Grilled chicken wrap with a side of fruit is perfect!. The most balanced and lowest cal!.
If you get the soup do NOT get a bread bowl it will set you back alot!.
The sub sandwich is not to great, because you have chips with it, to much meat and not enough fruits and veggies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
