i think that everyone is gifted different things, so it is neither bad or good.
its best to stick with what you have :]
to really answer the question, i would say that its a good and bad thing.
bad, they might hurt ur back if they're too heavy, but they can be good too, i guess sorta if you like them that way.
i have heard from some guys that they even prefer girls with little boobs.
so it just depends :]
