Question: Is 34'' hips fat!?!? easy 10 points, pleaseeee help!?
so i have 34'' hips, and a 27!.5'' waist!.
i measured my hips at the widest/largest they get!.
im 17, 5'5'', and 125 pds!.
is 34'' hips fat!? or too wide for my body weight!? i have a medium frame also!.
i'm just so confused because if it isn't considered that that "fat" then why do i feel so freakin disgusting in the mirror!? like when i put on shirts and stuff it is just soo wide!. my waist isnt that that wide, but my hips really are!.
i just think it looks gross on me!.
i don't know!.

i used to be 36'' inch hips before i started working out two months ago, and now that im a 34'' it still seems sooo much wider than it shuold be!.

I think you must have a distorted body image!. Look at most size charts, 34 inch hips is listed as a SIZE 0!. Models are required to have 34 inch hips and they certainly ain't fat!
I could never imagine having hips as small as 34 inches, if mine go under 36 inches then my hip bones really stick out and my butt gets completely flat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no everyones body is different!. no matter what you do/dont eat your bone structure will not move!. it depends on genetics/ethnicity!. dont stress, you arent out of shape or too "wide"!. girls are supposed to have curves, and guys love them :) i bet any guy reading this will agree they would rather have a girl with a body than a bony stick!.!.!. just look at what hips did for kim kardashian hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com
