If you don't like spinach, you can easily disguise it into your diet through smoothies!. Take any smoothie recipe and just add a handful of spinach!. I promise it doesn't taste like anything (it will make the drink a little thicker and creamier though, which is good, and it will turn it green, which is not attractive but doesn't affect taste)!. Do you like milkshakes!? How about bananas!? Blend 8 ounces of milk, a ripe banana, 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, a little bit of sugar, and a handful of spinach!. It's amazing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
