I'm 5''4 120, i wanna get to 110, i wanna lose my lovehandels and my belly, WHAT SHOUL I DO ?


Answers:

You need to start drink lots of water, eat plenty of vegetables and substitute any sugar cravings for fruit and also you going to want to have 5 small meals a day to rev up your metabolism so eat a small fruit through out the day
get rid of starchy carbs and eat some complex carbs such as whole wheat breads, rices and pasta
whole wheat or oat grain
your wanting to tone up your mid section, the love handles can be due to extra fat from eating high sugary foods, by reducing intake on high sugar foods, candies, pastries, you should know, junk food
will reduce fat gain and if you do add exercises (jogging, walking, bicycling) you will lose the extra weight on your mid section
now that your going to be toning those areas, waist and abbs, you'll need protein, which is fish (tuna and salmon are great choices along with chicken strips, lots of lean meats) you'll be able to tone those areas and get a more slim trim waist
it's going to take awhile so get started now for the summer, if your strict and keep it up, I'm sure you'll see your stomach toned and extra weight gone in about 2-3 months, good luck
