Question: Have you ever been so disgusted with yourself over a weekend of binge eating (junkfood)and beer!?
I workedso hard the last 8 months of my life to get the weight off and Just to end up in this self loathing state!.!.I feel soo gross!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know what u mean!.!.!. its hard to stay on track with healthy eating, eventhough you feel so good about yourself! after i give in and chow down on junk i feel guilty and flabby!.!.!. but the very next day commit to eating healthy and excercise, and try to remember how horrible u feel now to prevent it from happening again!.

Ugh yes!. I usually don't go out and never really drink, but last weekend I got a little crazy!. Drank a lot of beer and then gave me the munchies, so I ate Taco bell at like 2 in the morning!. The next day I was hungover and bloated!. ICK!

So Sunday was detox day and I ran 3 miles, felt much better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Almost everybody who goes on a diet, makes it, then kills it!. Or, they just don't make it!. (after the first day!) If you want to go on a healthy lifestyle, then don't give up junk food!. Do, but only a little bit at a time!. You will feel more healthy and better about yourself!. Eventually, you get a few pounds off!. It'll pay off!.
