Treadmills?!


Question: Treadmills!?
i just bought a treadmill!.i want to know
1!.how long should i use it daily!?
2!.i weigh 150 pounds
3!.i would like to lose 40 pounds
4!.how long do you think it will take me to lose this much weight using this treadmill at the rate that you have suggested!?

It would be good if you run some where between 20 min to 30 min!. You can do this alternative days but it would take months to see some result!. Some people loose 40 pounds in 3 months for some it takes about 6 months upto a year!. If you are dedicated and do your excersie every day along with a proper diet, you can reduce 40 pounds in 3 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to run based on intensity and distance, rather than time!.


I try to run an intense two miles at a 3% or higher incline!. But thats right now!.


I lost over 100 pounds in 8 month, but I did it an unhealthy way!. I would suggest you run a mile and a half a day ( if you can't, try for a mile, or even less!. Everyone has to start somewhere )!.

Eat unprocessed, natural, organic foods!. Don't worry about calories!. Worry about the quality of the calories that you consume!. ( Avoid junk food, fast food, greasy foods, sodas, sugar, etc!. )Www@Answer-Health@Com

My doctor just prescribed me a diet medicine, I walk on my treadmill for 1 hour a day with incline set to 10 and the pace set to 2!.8, and I just raise my arm weights from 1 lb to 2 lbs!. I have lost 25 lbs in 3 months!. I suggest to do something like what I'm doing, its worked for me, I also suggest watching t!.v!. or listening to music while doing it so the hour goes by quickly!. I do think 40 lbs is quiet a lot to lose, how tall are you!? I don't know if 110 is a healthy weight, I suggest you talk to your primary care doctor about how much is a healthy weight for your height and go with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Speed: at least 4!.0
Inclinations: change every 4 min from low to very high!.

First 5 min - warm up slow walk and stretch!.
Last 5 min - slow down to rest walk!.

Breathing: 2 steps - inhale, 2 steps - exhale!.

Stretch well after the work out!.

8 weeks - at least 20 lb weight loss!.
