You dont have to eliminate all of your bad things just reduce how much of it you eat and try some healthier food they are usually better anyway!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Obviously junk foods and foods with lots of calories!. But don't eliminate too much food, that won't be good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
