i just bought a treadmill!.i want to know
1!.how long should i use it daily!?
2!.i weigh 150 pounds
3!.i would like to lose 40 pounds
4!.how long do you think it will take me to lose this much weight using this treadmill at the rate that you have suggested!?

Start out small!. go for a pep walk for 5 minutes, then run for 10 then slow down and walk for 5 more!. this will help your body get up to speed!. after a few weeks of this you will be able to run harder and faster!. I would say if you started this tomorrow and ran 5 out of 7 days by July you could lose 30!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are excersizing a lot it probably will be better for you to eat 1500-1600 calories a day because if you eat less than 1200 you will be starving yourself!. And you should use your treadmill for 30-60 minutes a day or every other day!.
