Eat whole grain cereal with 1% milk,glass of O.J. 8ozs water for breakfast at 8:00am Lunch will be soup or sandwich with salad 8ozs of water at11:00-12:00 Dinner would be a lean cuisine or something like that 3x's a week then the others whole wheat spegghti 1x chickenbreast with salad & another veggie 1x broiled fish with salad,potatoe,corn 2x's around 6:30pm Snack on some fruits & nuts at 7:30pm drink16ozs of water Then at 8:30pm drink some tea (Sleep by 11:30pm Work-out at 10:00am)

By the way I'm 5' 5'' & 165 want to get to 145-150

sounds like a decent plan! just make sure you don't get too bored with it or you'll be tempted to give up.. and make sure you occasionally allow yourself a small cheat.. and you should have a snack between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner to keep your blood sugar level. looks like you've planned an appropriate amount of fiber and protien.
currently, i'm doing a protien bar or cereal for breakfast, small low cal low fat snacks throughout the day, a lean cuisine or something comparable in calories at lunch and dinner. and only drinking water, with one serving of juice OR milk a day. and only one soda a week.
