Question: Back to bulimia!.!.!.help!?
I stopped making myself purge about 1 month ago!.!.!.but it's slowly coming back into my life!. Today i binged on brownies and chips and purged!.!.not that much!.!.like 2 cups worth(im not tryin to be gross) i REALLY need to find some quick crash diet!. Please don't tell me to do it the healthy way!.!.!.i mean crash dieting it better then purging!.
Please just give me some crash diet tips!.!.i'd like to lose 15 pounds in 3-4 weeks!.
Experience with these diets would be nice!.

I did the fruit and milk diet for two weeks and lost quite a bit!
glass of skim milk + high carb fruit for breakfast (banana!.!. etc!.)
glass of skim milk + apple for lunch
glass of skim milk + citrus fruit for dinner (orange, grapefruit!.!. etc)

stop eating sugary things!.!. no candy!.!. no cake, brownies!.!. anything like that!.!.
cut out fattening foods, chips, processed food, fast foods, trans fatty and saturated fats!.!.
exercise a lot!.!. run, jump rope, walk!.!.
and eat lots of fruits and veggies, nuts, and healthier stuff!. Eat a lot of protein, fiber, and things low in fats!.
Protein will fill you up!.
Leave 3 bites of food on your plate, and never let yourself feel full!.
