Diet...you think it'll work? (pictures included)!?!


Question: Diet!.!.!.you think it'll work!? (pictures included)!!?
I am going to try this diet for 3 weeks or so and then do a crash diet of like 3 glasses of milk a day, and grapefruits, not a lot of meat, but some!.
This is the 3 week diet!.!.!.
Breakfast-
Toast with 1 TBSP peanutbutter , 1 hard boiled egg, oatmeal (120 cals)
Half grapefruit

Lunch- Salad with half grapefruit, grapes

Snacks- Coffe, tea, ocasional diet soda, water, veggies, edamame beans, fruits,

Dinner- Tuna with salad (100 cals)
half grapefruit

Desert- Berries, 80 cal yogurt

Can i lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks by doing this plus 1 hour of cardio and about 10-20 mins of pilates a day!?
I'm 5'9 and 135 pounds!. Please just give me answers not opinions on my dieting ways!.
Any tips!? (Besides!.!.!.try a healthy diet!)
I'd like this body by 3 weeks!.!.or at least 4-5 weeks!.!.!.after i add in the crash diet!.

Sounds like a great plan, your getting your nutrients and your combining exercise and healthy eating together to gain maximum results!. But keep in mind that those picture are not actual!. Meaning, women stand with their legs spread a part (like the second picture) to hide any love handles or saddle bags!.!.!.it makes their legs seems longer and more tone!.!.this is a trick) The first picture, is the biggest trick going!.!.you stand slightly bent so your booty sticks out, creating an imagine that your legs are way more tone and slender then what they are in actuality!. So what I'm saying is!.!.!.yes you should be able to lose the weight, your doing it healthy and you seem to know what your doing, but don't be disappointed that you don't quite look like those girls in those pictures!.!.!.those girls don't even look like their pictures!. The standing in ways to make their images appear better then what they are in reality!. So best of luck:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
