If you do a 30 minute workout which you are active for that entire time, but do not sweat does the workout still benefit your skin, muscles and body as much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any kind of movement benefits your muscles and body!. Especially movement that extends beyond a 20-minute time period!. However, if you're not sweating you may want to pick up the intensity in order to get the maximum benefit out of your workout!. Just getting out there and moving IS beneficial (think about it, you could either be sitting on the couch!.!.!. or up walking around!.!.!. of course, walking around is much more beneficial), but if you want to benefit your skin, as well, you need to get that sweat going, too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
