Question: Are these exercises enough to get buff or should I use all of the machines in a gym!?
tons of this stuff:
sit ups
pull ups
push ups
standing long jump
running alot
benching
curls

im on my high school fitness team and we have 3 2hr practices each week !.!.!. should i go to the gym to do other things though or is this enoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

These exercises should keep you in good shape!. They will develop your lean body mass a bit but if you want huge muscles then you'll have to go to the gym!.

If you want to stick to working out at home, and have a tougher workout, then try adding more body-weight exercises to your routine!. Check out www!.bodyweightculture!.com and also see if you can find books by the following:

With body-weight exercises you can and will develop strength, speed and LOTS of endurance!. You will also gain muscle but once again, if you want big muscles, then you have to go to the gym!.

Its your choice what you follow, there is no right or wrong answer here, it just depends on what your objective is (big muscles or endurance/strength)!. Just make sure you gather all the facts first!.

Also, try to keep some cardio activity, like running, swimming, jump rope etc!. for keeping the fat off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are doing it fine at home then there is no reason to go to the gym!. you might want to add a bit of cardio to your workout to make your muscles show and make you lose weight!. for example running!. cycling, cross trainer, skipping, jogging, swimming!.!.!.!.
also when you start to find the weights easier put on heavier and heavier weights to get stronger and get those superman muscles!Www@Answer-Health@Com
