Question: Dose this sound like a good workout program for someone who is tryin to gain size!?
im 17 now and im tryin to gain size
im 5ft 9 and bout 9 and half stone

Monday:
Biceps curls (8kg)
Tuesday:
Dumbel press (8kg)
Wednesday:
break
Thursday:
Sprint circuit
Friday:
Bicep (8kg)
Saturday:
Dumble press (8kg)
Sunday:
Sprint circuit

Wednesday - Sit ups, squats more weights
Thursday - Run / Cycle
Friday - Weights
Saturday - rest

You are doing to many reps, you need to use heavy weights and only do about 8 reps (slow and controlled)!. Use weights that you can only just finish 8 reps with!.

I would suggest you find a weightlifting program than you can do with your dumbbells, as you need to do more that just bicep curls and dumbell press if you want a good body shape!.

Make sure you eat a lot of protein for lunch on you weightlifting days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. You will gain only biceps and chest area!. At the best, you will start looking funny!. At the worst, you will hurt yourself as other important parts of the body will be underdeveloped and no match for your muscles!.
Also, 20 means your are doing excercise with too light weight for mass gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to do about 6 - 12 reps if your trying to bulk up in size!. 15 + reps will get you a lean look!. Also try to do variations in your exercises such as barbell curl, reverse barbell curl (my fav) and hammer curls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this looks pretty good, but you might want to do more weightlifting with heavier weights and less sets and reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change your 7 days of working out into 3 days

1 day legs, abs
1 day chest, biceps, triceps, abs
1 day shoulders, and back, abs

Do 3 sets of 8 reps, each rep should have a weight that lets you do only 10 reps per set!.!.!.max, this will allow you to push the most you can!.

Edit: Circuit is good for cutting, and not really building mass!. You will build some mass using circuit!.!.!.but nowhere as much if you were doing short sets!. No one will notice you are not symetrical, except you!. Yes!.!.!.!.bodybuilding will make you vain, lol!.

Also eliminate any and all running!. Unless you are a genetic freak, or are taking steriods!. It is impossible to gain muscle while losing fat!. You have to gain the muscle first, and then lose the fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
