Question: I'm trying to lose the fat in my arms!.!.!. HELPPP!!!!!!?
okay i have a lot of fat in my arms!.!.!.!.!.!. does anyone know the best way to lose a good amount of fat from them!? i have exactly 3 weeks for this to work ):
i'm doing other exercises but that seems to only be helping my stomach, legs, back etc!.
i'm really in need of a full proof way of loosing fat in my arms ):

I used to have the fattest stomach and arms!. Here's a good site I found that really helped!. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before!.!.!.

There are 2 ways, the lazy way, and the way that makes you feel accomplished!. The lazy way could be to get surgery to have the fat and skin removed from your arms, but it may be pricey and I do not recommend it!.
The other way is simply to exercise and eat healthy!. A good diet affects all body parts, no matter what, and I recommend you stay away from fatty foods, or anything unhealthy!. Also, exercise is key!. I had skinny arms, the only way to make them healthy was to lift weaights and exercise!. I say lift weights, your fat will eventually turn to muscle!. If you do not have weights, there are other alternatives to reshaping and making your arms look good!. Here's a site I found!. Basically, you can find exercises based on what body part you want to work on:

have you ever tried billy's boot camp workouts!? the cardio workout dvd is good for the arms and you can work on other parts of your body at the same time! :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
