If I eat 1000 calories a day, will I lose 10lbs in a month?!


Question: If I eat 1000 calories a day, will I lose 10lbs in a month!?
I eat 1000 calories a day, a good amount of protein, fiber, and all my vitamins I need everyday, and I do kick boxing (using 2 pound gloves on each hand with my kick boxing), everyday for 1 hour, will I lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks!?

133 pounds!!!, 5'3", inbetween a size 3 and 5, and 14!. DON'T SAY I'M NOT FAT CUZ I FREAKIN LOOK FAT IN A BIKINI!. NO ONE thinks I look fat until they see me in a bikini!. And if you say "ur icon looks skinny," well you're just saying what all my friends at school say too!. And they're not trying to be mean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you can easily lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks if you do all of those things, but really sweetie, I wouldn't cut down your calories to 1000, and here is why: most women's bodies need about 1200 calories a day at least!. If you go lower than that, your body goes into "starvation mode" it stores fat quicker, and you metabolism slows down to conserve energy!. I would recommend you get at least 1200, probably more, say 1500 to actually help keep your metabolism going!. Eat smaller meals, and healthy snacks throughout the day, exercise, and drink plenty of water!

You might need to eat a little more because if you cut back a lot on calories, your body starts to store more of what you eat (fat) because it thinks you're short on food!. working out might slow weight loss, but it will make you skinnier (a little more muscle but a lot less fat , but muscle weighs more than fat, so you will get skinnier even if you don't lose much weight!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

How about cutting your calories to 1500 and then kick boxing or doing some other exercise for another hour!? That would probably be more healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

honestly you are 14 and from the kick boxing you seem to be active so you do have muscle!.!.!.always remember muscle weighs more than fat!. i think everyone has a distorted image of themselves i think i am fat but everyone says im notWww@Answer-Health@Com
