Is this ok for a diet?!


Question: Is this ok for a diet!?
I weigh 168lbs and Im trying to lose 20 lbs by trying the oatmeal diet but I did try eating it for breakfast and lunch but its so boring and plain(i put nothing in it thats why:P)!. so this what Im gonna be eating for the next month:

breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal w/ blueberries
lunch: 1 cup of oatmeal w/ blueberries
dinner: a bowl of salad with red vinegar w/ half a medium porkchop(sliced)
& 6 glasses of water!.
And Im going to eat 1000-1200 calories a day!.
Im going to be doing jumping jacks, lunges, squats, reverse crunches, pushups etc!.
Im trying to lose fat and also fit in a dress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The amount of calories you are trying to eat will only hurt your body!. It is considered a starvation diet and will put your body into panic mode and make it store much more fat than it burns!. Cutting your body off from nutrients is not the way to loose weight!. The oatmeal diet is just a fad and will not give you the results you want!.
If you want to loose weight, eat a balanced diet!. That means fruits, veggies, grains, dairy and meats!. The oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast is a good idea!. For lunch, make a sandwich with turkey, whole-grain bread, lettuce and cheese!. Have an apple of some pretzels for a snack!. Make a salad for dinner, and instead of dressing put in strawberries and walnuts!. If you get hungry later in the night, have some plain yogurt with fruit in it or a handful of carrots!. Drink 64 oz!. of water!. Get creative with these suggestions!.
If you are hungry, eat!. Depriving your body will put it in panic mode!. As a general rule: eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full!. Follow that and you will land at your healthy weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before you begin a serious diet (and 20 pounds is a serious diet), you should see a doctor or nutritionist to talk about your caloric needs!. They can help you plan a diet that will allow you to achieve a sustainable, healthy weight loss!.

It is NOT healthy to eat the same four foods for a month!. It's important to eat a varied diet in order to get the nutrients your body needs to function!. What you've described is not sustainable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yah, sounds fine! a friend of mine has tried that diet and lost 10 lbs!!!! good luck!!!!!!!!!! if you add things like apples too, that will definetly increase the flavor more than blueberries!. the water will be great but you also want to make sure that you aren't losing to many of ur bodies essential vitamins!!! i hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

tooooo hard!.!.!.!. dont put yourself on such a strict routine!. you will end up quitting because it is too hard!. plus eating the same thing for a month - yuck - and mixx up ur exercises!. they will stop working after a whileWww@Answer-Health@Com

nnoo not enough ull be in starvation mode need at least 1400 calories i would say to keep ur metablism up and ull lose even more weight have a bigger breakfastWww@Answer-Health@Com
