Question: Can I still lose weight if I eat 300 calories of junkfood!?
I I will be eating oatmeal& blueberries for breakfast and lunch which adds up to 440 2gether and salad w/ some sliced porkchop that adds up to 120!. Altogether Im gonna eat 560!. Im gona try and eat 1300 calories a day for a month!. Is it okay to eat 300 or 400 calories of junk food!? Or will it make me lose weight slower!? I will be doing things like lunges, squats and pushups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi holli, once again, haven't you heard that if you take in below 1200 calories, your body will go into starvation mode!? Even if you lose the weight, you'll gain it back easily!. So, you should take in AT LEAST 1200 calories a day in order for you to lose weight the healthy way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
