Help on evening weight distribution?!

Help on evening weight distribution?

How should I distribute my weight more evenly?
I'm satisfied with every part of my body except my thighs. My thighs are HUGE, but my legs are really slim and my stomach and all is fine, yet my things are really big and I don't like it. Any ideas?

Oh btw, I am 5'6 and am 125 pounds.

Aside from diet or exercise, I'm not sure there is much you can do. You lose weight first where you gained it last, so if you are lean in all other areas of your body, you should be able to slim down your thighs easily.
