im 14 and real small for my age im 4 '11''and about 90 pounds and i want to lose fat from my stomach what can i do to lose the fat its embarassing when i go swimming its not alot of fat its just a lil bit that i want to loseto start a six pack or somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups will do nothing but strengthen and build the muscle underneath the layer of fat above the muscles!. It is important to do these exercises to keep these muscles strong, however, it's not exactly what you're looking for!.

Eating well could help!. By the way, DONT do anything having to do with weights, it just makes you short, start weights when you're 17 or something!.

Start a multi-carido-active sport!. I started BMX racing and lost alot of weight fast, gained a TON of muscle, and all the guys seem to have 6 packs!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
