Question: Am I eating tooo little for a diet!?
welll todayy i had this

morning:
3/4 cups of special k with 1/2 cup of 2% milk

lunch:
small piece of watermelon

dinner:
1/2 cup of canned corn with 6 small chunks of steak


excersise
ab workout for abt 8 minutes

total body workout for abt 15 minutes

No, that is a really good diet!. not too little or too much!. My personal trainer, I am a runner, tells me to eat like that!. I wish I could stick to it!. I give in really easy to cravings!.!.!.
And, just stick to that diet and let yourself have a treat once in a while!. Great job wit your exercise program and nutrition plan! You are doing GREAT!!!!!!

Thats too little!. You see when you eat little, your metabolism slows down, so in fact eating 5 small meals a day will burn off quicker than 3 extremely small meals!.

a good diet which I set up for my father was five small meals like pineapple lowfat cottage cheese, or a sandwhich of turkey and whole wheat bread!. He lost more than 25 pounds on this diet with regular workout!. remember when working out as well, you workout better if you get your heart rate up more often meaning if you sprint for 40 seconds, and then let your heart rate go down while walking 2 minutes and sprint again for forty seconds and so on!. This will make your body work harder and not level off!. You don't want your body in cruise control at any point!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Have your watermelon between morning and lunch, eat a banana for lunch to get the potassium you will need for your power walks!. Eat a small fist size amount of baby carrots in between lunch and dinner!. Try eating a salad plain with maybe oil and vinegar to go with your dinner!. The greens will help you hydrate!. Drink a glass of milk before bed!. Hope this helps!. If you eat 5 meals on the fist size concept, you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are NOT eating enough!. A small piece of watermelon is not a decent lunch!. It is great for a snack which you should also have in your day!. You need a lean protein, healthy carb and a veggies at every meal!. What you will end up doing is burning your bodies lean muscle in order to create the energy needed to workout and survive!.

Not enough fruit, vegetable and fibers!. The watermelon should be a snack then eat lunch, snack and then dinner, and yes always start your day with breakfast, you should eat 1200-1600 calories per day!.
