2 whole wheat breads with one spread of organic peanut butter and one spread of organic raspberry jam, One cup of milk, one big sized apple

Lunch:
2 whole wheat breads, three slices of roast beef, 2 slices of tomato, some lettuce, no sauce of any kind, 2 small sized apple, 2 cups of oatmeal cereals, with cinamon and raisins in it!.

Dinner:
two bowls of shabu shabu, orange and orange

Note: You didn't mention anything you drank, which could have calories!. Also, the way you're measuring things isn't accurate!. For example "one spread of jam" isn't as accurate as "one tablespoon" or something more specific!. Also, "two bowls of shabu shabu" is a complete shot in the dark, because the bowls could be filled with one cup of shabu shabu, or even three cups per bowl!. If you want to add this up yourself, I used calorieking!.com, which is very useful!. A better method would probably be to add up what you're going to eat before you eat it to avoid overeating!. I doubt you've gone over 3000 calories!. Sounds like you're on a diet!? If so, why is your goal 3000!? Should be about half of that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
