Question: CRASH DIET PLZzzz!?
ANyone know of crash diets that can help you to lose about 15-20 pounds in 3 weeks!?
like i know theres no "good" crash diets, and i know they aren't permanent weight loss!.!.but for the time being!.!.any good ccrash diets u guys know of!?

Well apart from not eating (cos that WOULD be silly!) I can only think of the infamous Beyonce diet!.
It consists of maple syrup mixed with water, lemon juice and cayenne pepper, which is drunk instead of meals!.
Draw backs are that it lacks sufficient nutrients and could land followers in hospital within days!.

Proceed with caution on this one!.
Maybe (and this is meant with the greatest of respect) you should have found yourself a more sensible diet and started it sooner!.
With regular excercise and healthy eating you would end up in the same place but your insides will be all the more healthier for the trip!.

you know what!? i did the cabbage soup diet and i lost 11 pounds in under a week, but i had some protein everyday!. and half a gallon of water!.

also, have you looked into the Master Cleanse diet!? Beyonce did it and lost about 25 pounds in a 2 or 3 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did a pure liquid diet of protien powder for a month!. At the same time, I increased my cardio and weight training!. I lost a lot of weight quickly, but I don't remember how much!. The problem is, I gained it back after I started eating again!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, but it's more like a full body detox and gives you the benefits of weight loss!. It's also referred to as a diet!. But there are only (4) ingredients!. It's intense so research it before you say yes or no!.
