Fit for the summer?!


Question: Fit for the summer!?
What's the best way I can exercise to look good for this summer!? I really want to work on my legs, butt, and stomach! I had Health class this past semester, but it didn't really seem to help me get motivated!. Any suggestions!? I want real answers!Www@Answer-Health@Com

For stomach, try doing abdominal exercises with low weight to tone and tighten!. Sit ups, crunches, v ups, hanging leg raises, and tea pots are good for that!. For legs, try doing leg extensions and calf extensions!. Lots of reps at low weight!. Also, try altering your diet a bit if you're not eating healthy!. Stick to whole grain pastas and bread!. You have many choices!. You can go to a fitness center and run the treadmills to build leg, butt and lose belly fat!. and do sit ups to build your abs!. OR if you are interested in mixed martial arts, that helps A LOT!!! i am a MMA fighter and i train in boxing, muay thai kickboxing, and Jiu-Jitsu!. First of all, cut back on what you eat!. I suggest oatmeal or cereal for breakfast, a light lunch or 100 calorie snack, and a salad or reasonably portioned dinner!. Also, gradually cut out sodas, but allow yourself a few diet ones each week!. Second, go to Books a Million or any bookstore and get Pilates or Yoga ball cards (simply a deck of cards with basic moves on them), and of course a ball!. If you would feel better with a DVD that works good too!. These exercises will help you tone your abs and bottom half easily!. Walking is also a great way to shed some pounds!. why !? do you dislike your looks!? I don't really mind it personally as long as you are comfortable!. But then again I was enjoying another girls bikini a few days ago!. but you wouldn't like my diet !. it consists of mostly polysaccharides and that dead guy named Atkins made it look bad!.
