Weights or running?
I used to be really into working out and combined lifting and cardio, but I now am a father of 2 and work about 55 hours a week. since I am limited on time which would be better for staying in shape? I might have about a half hour to spare in the evening. I go to work about 6:30 am and get off about 5:30 pm. Please help.

if you have about a half hour in the evening, every day you can still enjoy both. lift one day run the next.that would actually be better than combining them in one workout. like 1 day upper body 1 day lower body, 1 day cardio, 1 day rest. good luck, have fun.
