Question: After losing 10 pounds, how can i pull my sides into an hourglass type figure!? Read Please!?
Okay, so ill start off by saying i got pregnant at 15, very young i know!.!. so i dont know what my body is supposed to look like or would have looked like had i not been pregnant and reached full adolescence!.!. im almost 18 now and im struggling with this last 10 pounds of babyweight!.!. after i lose the weight how can i pull my muscles back into what they should look like!. Im hoping for more of an hourglass figure so that i can actually maybe look 18!.!. what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Work your oblique muscels (your side muscles)
Put your feet should width apart, and place your hands straight to your sides
(If you want, use a dumbell in each hand) And stretch to each side ( make sure to feel the burn inm your dies)
You have now targeted your obliques!.!.!.
Another way,
Sit on the floor and spread your legs as far as you can
hold a broom stick on the back of your neck with your hands on either extremeties of the broomstick (or close to them) and pivot your self left and right

A few excercises: Lie on your side, do leg lifts!. Stand up straight, arms straight up high in the air, keep your legs facing forward and twist to the side, one to the other!. Look up oblique excereises!. Look up "tai chi" and do that!. Low impact, controlled movement is best for toning!. And don't be so hard on yourself!.!.!. time will help you and you have a lot to look forward to!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you lose the weight doing steps (like Stairmaster), your sides will pull up and get toned by themselves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
