I overate. this is awful?!


Question: I overate!. this is awful!?
okay!.!.!. heres the thing!. i am 13, weigh 128 and am 5'6-5'7
i have lost 20 pounds since!.!.!.!. January!. i have 9 more to go!. anyways, i eat about 800 calories (or less) a day!. today this is what i did
-peanut butter and banana for breakfast
-pbj for lunch (lowfat evcerything) and apple
-i ate half a slice of sponge cake (STUPID) i gagged 5 times but it didn't work!. so i walked on the tredmil for an hour!.
for dinner, i had broccli, salmon, and 15 peanuts (STUPID!) i tried to gag again, nothing!. so i walked for 15 more minutes!.
-1000 calories! oh my gosh!. will i gain weight!? i ust weighed myself and i weigh 132! What!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i run for the JV cross country team and play soccer and i am the same height as you but weigh almost 30 pounds more than you!. You shouldn't look at a scale to tell your weight but rather body fat %!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You binged because you're starving yourself!. It takes 3500 calories to lose or gain a pound, you didn't gain 4lbs!. Weight fluctuates around 5lbs during the course of the day!. What you need to do is eat more and take it slow because you'll gain everything back once you're done cuz your metabolism sucks and you'll be hungry!. I can't believe at such a young age you are obsessed with your weight and you weren't heavy to begin with!. So sad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to lose weight successfully, eat a well-balanced (what you eat is crap) diet and, for heavens sake, stop gagging you silly girl!. When you gag, you bring up - with the food - normal acids that are used to break down the food you eat!. Your weight will fluctuate throughout your life, whether you are dieting or not!. You are only 13, so your body is growing and changing a lot!. Don't worry about those couple pounds! And please, for your own good, stop with the calorie counting! Just eat healthily, exercise regularly, and have fun with life!

you ate 1000 calories, yes you will gain weight! but not because you over ate because you under ate dumbo
you need at least 1200 and a healthy diet or else your metabolism is going to slow down and your body will store food as FAT
so 1200 calories (if your eating below you may lose weight now, but you'll gain it way easier than before which will cause problems in the future)
oh and don't throw up your food, not only is that just plain disgusting but its really bad for you
vomit has extreme stomach acid that could burn your hand, so if you throw up to often your throat gets burnt up
i think you need to research more appropriate execises and diet before you act dumb and eat less than 800 calories and walk a littleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Gosh! sounds like you need some sensible tips!. You are at a crucial age of growth for starters!. You may find yourself confronting a real battle because as we grow and develop the body will gain weight!. We grow taller which in turn our bones grow, we develop and our bodies change!. Just in that alone we will gain weight, but that is normal development ok!. When it comes to food, you really need to have a sensible approach!. And gagging definetly is not on the agenda of staying lean!. The repurcussions of gagging can be really dangerous!. Its all about sensibility with food and respecting our bodies of what we put in it!. Excercise is vital as it speeds up our metabolism, keeps our heart and blood pumping so its healthy!. Ensure though, when you do eat, that it involves all food groups!. A sensible low fat diet, with regular excercise is what counts!. Being fanatical will and can lead to some really nasty outcomes!. The first thing to realize here is that food is NOT your problem, and it cannot be your solution!. If this has gone on since prior to January, or even around there, you DO have an eating disorder!. The major, immediate concern is your physical health!. Understand that your height/weight ratio is very good!. I am the same height and weigh 150, I am a size 7!. I work out!. Muscle is leaner and weighs more than fat!. You cannot, I repeat, cannot let this eating disorder run your life!. You need to get help!. Get it early!. But do not neglect yourself, consider those who love you, and there are MANY people who do love you!.

NOW, in the mean time!.!.!. understand that you do not see yourself as others see you!. You never will!. Eating disorders do this to you and the person you see in the mirror isn't who others see!. I live with anorexia, one time weighed 107!. I felt weak, tired, etc!. But my drive was to be thin!. I realized it was a pressure to accept myself!. There is nothing wrong with you!. There is nothing wrong with me!. We just have this need to be "better than ordinary!." I understand!. But you have to get help!. I manage, and when I get stressed, I tend to not eat!. I give myself 1 day!. Then I manage my calories until I can emotionally deal with the stress, then I go 3 days ignoring my calorie intake!. It is a managing process!. You NEED to remain over 125 pounds!. If you must, make your goal between 125/130 but eat a balance of nutritious meals!. Make sure you take in fat!. I had to add a candy bar a day to my diet because I ate such a low fat content!. Your body needs that!. But, the bottom line is!.!.!.!. Get profession help!.

Let me explain something, and this is the TRUTH: Since your not eating a lot, your metabolism is slowing down, therefore your packing on more weight, instead of burning it!. Probably the only pounds you've lost are muscle!. Sorry, your still fat!. Do it healthy this time and things will change!.
I don't believe you have bulimia, girls binge all the time, but what your doing is not working!. Maybe in the lose muscle, going to get really sick department, but the actual fat on your body is still going to be there!. DUH!
Next time you try to lose weight, research it first instead of immediately starving yourself!. I do it healthy and last week i lost 5 pounds! No joke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
