Crunches and excersise in general...?!


Question: Crunches and excersise in general!.!.!.!?
Hello all- I eat healthily (eg, all the right food, fruit, veggies, no sodas / I eat mostly complex sugars) and am quite lean (not skinny though) , (I'm a guy) 14 year old, 120ish pounds with about 8% body fat!.!. I lift quite a bit of weights and do crunches, side crunches, and push ups and pull ups!. So I target all my major muscel groups, I also run, and when I can't go running I jump rope!. So I try to stay really fit!.

I have like a 2 pac (my goal is 6 pac eventually lol ) and I get pretty tired from doing only like 15-25 reps of crunches (I try to go up about half way and then stay there for about 2 seconds heard this was good)!. Am I really weak in the stomach if I can only do that few reps!?

Am I doing a good job at staying healthy!? I've done a lot of research- any other suggestions!? I lift dumbbells and do all the major dumbbell excersises for my arms, chest, back!.

Anyway thanks for any suggestions if there are any- I think I'm covering most all of it!.

You sound very healthy and very fit - maybe a bit thin, but that could be genetic!.

It's OK not to do many crunch reps!. If you are doing them correctly then you shouldn't be able to do hundreds like a lot of people claim!. You should though maybe work up to doing a couple of sets of 15-25 every few days!. So do your 25 or whatever, rest and then do another set!. Also you should be doing some back exercises to counter balance!.
