Can you do the Slim Fast Diet when doing Weight Watchers?
I am currently on the slim fast diet, which works, but I would like to do weight watchers as well. So, can I do weight watchers when on the Slim Fast diet? Does anyone know how many points a Slim Fast Optima Rich Creamy Chocolate Shake is?

I've had slim fast shakes & bars while on the WW diet... as long as you're on the flex plan you can eat whatever you'd like. I'm not sure how many points the shake is... i have a cappuccino one that is 3 points. They are great for meal replacements, especially on the go & much healthier than sneaking in some fast food. I wouldn't follow the SF diet to the tee though... however, almost all the recipes on SF are really tasty.
If you're kind of a budget stick the SF diet for now... its about $17/mo for WW online... good luck!
