I like the gym cause you are in a work out environment instead that at home you put the tv on and forget about what you were doing!. You shouldnt worry about what your wearing to the gym just wear something comfortable either way everyone else is there working out too!. I go to an all girls gym so that can be a good option too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I also prefer the gym - especially when it comes to high-impact cardio!. The scads of other participants helps keep my mood up and keeps me motivated!.
I do like yoga DVDs, though!. When I'm finished with final relaxation pose, I can go straight to bed!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Videos are better because you don't have to get a pricy membership!. Also, with rising gas prices, you don't have to spend money to drive to the gym!. You don't have to worry about the way you look either!. That's why tapes are better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I prefer neither, I like exercising outdoors running or playing sports, this kind of exercise pushes me more and the fresh air and scenery are much more inspiring for meWww@Answer-Health@Com
