Is 2150 Kcal too much for today?!
Question: Is 2150 Kcal too much for today!?
i added up everything and i got the result
problem is i dont know if i should eat more to maintain my weight since every website gives me different numbers for weight maintainance
im 18 (19 in 2 months) , 62-63 Kg (not sure) and im 5 feet 10
for exercise i walk the dog for 150 minutes per day
other than that i dont do much
im asking this because recently ive lost weight intentionally and i dont know how many calories to consume to maintain my weight (it didnt help that my parents used to tell me i eat too much when they eat much more than me)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not at all!. An average male needs 2500 calories to maintain his weight and considering you walked for over 2 hours I'd say you actually would need a bit more!. 2800 would be a bit more suitable!. XWww@Answer-Health@Com
You should be right about where you need to be!. It sounds like you have an active lifestyle, and there's an old formula that I read about that might be a good rule to use!.
Take your desired weight (in pounds) and multiply by a factor depending on the activity of your lifestyle:
x10 (22 for kg) for a low-activity lifestyle
x12 (26!.4 for kg) for a moderately active lifestyle
x15 (33 for kg) for a highly active lifestyle!.
Your natural metabolism is a factor of course, and so is the kind of food that you eat!. Balance between hardy grains/vegetables, protein, and fat, and you should be just fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
