Crash dieting?1?!?!


Question: Crash dieting!?1!?!!?
I really need to lose some weight as it has been piling on just lately, thing is i cant stop eating i tryed to swap everything for healthy but i just get something thats unhealthy !. So what can i do to crash diet as the weight needs to be gone in 1 month!. Don't ask why as it's my personal reasons!. CHEERS :PWww@Answer-Health@Com

on the 1st day you eat 200 calories
on the second day you eat 400 calories
on the 3ed day you eat 600 calories
on the 4th day you eat 800 calories

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

Doesn't really matter what your reason is!. Poor planning is no excuse for trying to do an unhealthy quick fix weight lose plan!. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to use a combination of eating healthy, doing cardio, full body weight training, and drinking water!. You can expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they reason your doing that is because even when you eat healthy your body still craves the food your been feeding it all along!. my advice is just excersice eat lots of vegetables protein and fruits to subsitute!. If you want something sweet try a tangerine or an apple!. By lowering your calorie intake and excersise you should be able to loose ten pounds by the end of the month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yea cabbage soup if you want to gas everyone out (yuck)

You've tried a healthy diet but just end up gtting something unhealthy!? You will do exactly the same on a crash diet in my opinion!.

Not only will you put the weight back on once you eat normal again you will put on more then you lost!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try stationary bike about 1-2 hours a day in a hot room, wear lotts of layers while doing it and drink sips of water!. do yoga for an hour a day on top of that and try to eat fairly healthy!. if you have to have 'bad food' do it lightly; ex!. instead of a big mac and large fries eat a kids meal! you should loose about 7-15 pounds if not more by the end of the months time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can cut back on what you eat a bunch and work out everday!.
only eat healthy low in saturated fat foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, drink 8-10 glasses of water
U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
