Question: Can u guyz help me pweaze (^_^)!?
okay so im 17, i want a diet for 17yr olds meaning fast, not having to cook and can take to school !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

thng is if i have a lot of calories in the morning when i go home i tend to not eat (this is when i have junk cuse so much calories !.!.!. well only had up and go, muffin and cookie and i was only hungry 7ish !.!.!. last time i ate was 12!.30 ) and when i eat like 500 calories before 3pm i am pratically starving

btw i want to lose like 30 pounds !.!.!.!. well actually i lie cuse if i did i will be underweight so 20ish pounds in about 1 and a half months !.!.!.!.!. *** on im 17 fast results would be better lolz

anyone got any ideas

ok so u dont wanna starve urself cuz that dont work!.!.!.!. so eat about 1500-2500 a day!.!.!.!. && u can do like 50-100 crunches/situps a night!. before u go to sleep!.!.!. ive been doing that for 3 or 4 days && ive allready lost about 4-6 pounds maybe more!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you first have to calculate your BMR and your %of body fat this helps you figure out how many lbs you really have to loose and how many calories you have to cut to get there in lets say 3mths!. check out the book the buck naked diet seach it on the web its free to readWww@Answer-Health@Com

im 16 and need to fit into my prom dress lol !.

what im doing is eating healthaly!.!.!. drinking lots of water and eating salad s and jacket potato's !.

do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, drink 8-10 glasses of water
U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
