How do I tone up....?!


Question: How do I tone up!.!.!.!.!?
I want to tone up my arms, but the underneath!. The top half of my arms are getting there, but I have terrible bingo wings! Any help or advice is appreciated :-)

Swimming is good for toning everywhere because your whole body has to go against the resistance of the water!. Triceps exercises are good for bingo wings!. Dips, press ups, or dumbell exercises that work your triceps!.

If you're exercising at home and don't have dumbells you could use tins of food or bottles of water for weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Triceps push downs!. Look this exercise up using Google!. The important thing about this exercise is to keep your elbows locked to your side!. The only thing that should move is your forearm!. Bend at the elbows!. You can do different variance of this exercise!. There are different handles to use, including a rope!. This will be supplied by a gym!. If you use the rope, grab both ends, pull down and lock your elbows to your side!. When you get the weight down try to pull your hands (ends of the rope) to your sides!. Don't forget, don't move your elbows!. If you can't do this you are using too much weight!.

Another exercise is the same motion as the push down except you grab the handle with your palm facing up!. Same movement, lock the elbow in place and pull your hand down to your side!. Hold for about a second and then back up slowly!.

If you can't lock your elbow to your side and keep it there, then you are using too much weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One for sure way to work both of the muscles in the chin area and also underarms is bench pressing!. Putting your arms out straight on the sides of your body with 10 pound weights lowering them to your side and then lifting straight back up will help help tone underarms!. Also swimming in the deep end and just making your body stay a float will cause you to stress you neck muscles so that could help!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

any aerobic exercise is good for toning the whole body!. I have spent the last two hours playing dance music on youtube and never sat down during that length of time between answering questions from contacts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
