Question: Does 40 pushups a day and 50 toe ups make a difference!?
When i say toe ups, i mean the exercise used for your calves, when you stand on your toes and then go back down on your heels!. I'm not sure if that's the correct name or not!.!.!.!.

These exercises will strengthen the muscle groups they work, and give you a small bit of cardio!. If toning and strength is your goal, then you're good--but to maintain you're going to have to do more and more reps as you get stronger and stronger!.

yea it does, but you have to do other exercises too, like running or even jogging in place for at least 15 mins straight!.

Any exercise is good!. Do you do half push ups or full push ups!? If you have been doing 40 do 50 the next week and 60 the following!. The toe ups are called calf raises!. Add more to your routine!. When what your doing gets easy do more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
