Question: Tell fat people to lose weight!?
Honestly I think the majority of fat people are the way they are because of themselves!. If you know a fat person should be able to tell them hey man you should go jog or something maybe try to turn your life around!. Because realistically they are wasting food and putting a strain on our medical system with all their health problems!. Am I right because its seems like an obvious point!? Why don't they try not to be fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with you about the strain on the healthcare system!. Do you know some diabetics get more than one transplant operation because they cant learn to eat right!. I think its just stupid!.

Sadly though, once a person even starts to turn diabetic (99% of the time obese) it is really hard for them to control what they eat because their mind is telling them to eat!. I truely believe that it is part of the survival of the fittest theory and we need to stop saving them!.

That movie that Sly Stallone was in as a future cop and he got fined for cussing!.!.!. well thats what we should do with people that cant control the amount of food they eat and quality along with drug and alcohol abusers!. We shouldnt have to pay for them as tax payers just because they didnt know when to say when in the beginning before they got out of control!.

Of course everyone would have to be fined if they are eating a candy bar and a coke everyday because you never know what will turn you into a diabetic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure!. And why don't we just tell Alcoholics to stop drinking because its bad, and they'll just do it!. And let's tell Heroin Addicts to stop shooting up because drugs are bad!. They're just waiting for someone to remind them of what they already know!.

While we're at it, let's just tell Child Molesters to stop desiring children and I'm sure they'll do it from our suggestion!.

Tell smokers that its bad and smelly and they should put that habit behind them, too!. They'll stop once we educate them!.

Obesity comes from many things that are as complex as other addictions and undesireable behaviors and habits!. If it were that easy then it wouldn't be a problem!.

great, now tell this to alcoholics, drug users, people who smoke, people who drive fast for no reason, people who drive drunk or high,and people who dont eat all!.!. and THEN you'll have a point!.!.

sticking one group out ( people who are over weight in this example) does nothing!.!. the people i just mentioned have bad habits, they all hurt themselves physically and emotionally, they all hurt our "medical system", and they all have the ability to turn their life around!.!.

Wow! I guess this just shows that you have no respect for the feelings of others!. You might be concerned about their weight but it's not nice to flat out tell someone they are fat!. No one is perfect and everyone has something! So people have weight issues!. I think you need to mind your own business!. This coming from a former "fat" person!. And I did make a choice to turn my life around but that was my business and not yours! Obviously some people can't help being overweight for medical reasons but I do think that people who just plain overeat should make some drastic changes in their lives!. Otherwise they may suffer from medical problems!.

Everyone likes abit of junk food or a treat now and again but some people take it to extremes and really destroy their health, fitness and quality of life!.

I think people should try to find a healthy balance that suits them and their lifestyle!. It would make a huge change to the way some of these people feel (emotionally and healthwise) and not just to the way they look (which I don't think is what this question was ever about)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Vary few of them are born fat, they form bad habits over quiet a few years, and it is hard to break!. Most of them have very low Matabolism, so dieting does not work, they have to get up and go but they are in no shape to do that( I mean very diffecult for them to do that but they can with a great amount of will power)!.

My experience:

Home:

No problem for first few years till 1975 years!.

Added a cup of coffee to my intake nothing changed 30 years later, 365 x 30 x18 = 197100 cal in that time frame = 54!.75 pounds!.

All this 54!.6 pounds of weight, more then the ideal weight can be attributed to a one tea spoon of sugar, in a cup of coffee every day!.

After adding some 60 pounds this way yeasterday only I started evaluating the weight gain and I came up with this calculations!.

How about those teaspoons of sweet nothings, sugar only!?

Kitchen:

I had only one problem I did not work out that 18 cal every day by just straightening up the kitchen and scrubbing that kitchen sink very day and keeping it like new!.

Work Place:

I had a parking place very close to the door so I did not get chance to walk enough to work those 18 cal off!.

School:

Ha!, ha!!, ha!!!, this is where I acquire knowledge but my problem is that I just realized that 18 cal of sugar in coffee has made me fall in the obese category, from normal in 30 years!.

I use to walk 6 miles to school both ways up and I am not kidding, I lived at one end of the hill and school was at the other end of the hill!. So up the hill down the hill to school and same thing coming back!.

you need to understand the weight loss mechanism!. Believe me you can eat any thing and every thing as long as you do not eat more then you burn up by doing things (not necessarily exercises, but exercises are very good for you and provide a regimental way to loose weight)!.

This is simple, it is easy to find out and it is available on line, it is call Body Mass Index, and calculations are simple!. According to this calculation if you find your self say only 10 pounds more, you may not be over weight!. Remember every one is slightly different and you can just watch it, on your own and not let it get out of hand!.

What is the reason for being over weight!?

This is also simple, have doctor check you out for any physical or hormonal abnormalities!. The doctor should be advising you of your ideal weight even though you have already figured out the ideal weight and you are seen a doctor because your weight is not where it should be according to BMI!.

Basic understanding of loosing weight!.

Every one uses calories at all time!. There may be some exceptions to this rule, for most of us; the rate of use, even when we are resting, we use 65 calories per hour minimum!. This comes to1560 calories per day!. The actual range is between 65 and 100 calories per hour!. This is consistent with heart rate of 60 to 80 bits per minute!.

Simply put any person eating only say 1500 calories a day will not put on any additional weight!. At this level of calories consumption the person should loose some weight over long haul, depending on the individual rate of metabolism!.

What is a healthy weight loss!?

When one tries to loose weight, one should loose excess fat; there should be a healthy loss of weight!. Loosing muscles tissue is unhealthy!.

How much is one pound of body fat!?

One pound of body fat weight is approximately same as one pound of butter!. If you look at a one pound package of butter, you will see it contains between 3200 to 3600 calories!. This means that each time a person burns 3600 more calories then what the person takes in, the person will loose one pound!.

How many pounds should a person loose in a month!?

Any one that is trying to trim down can figure out how long it took to put on the excess pounds!. The fact is; it did not happen over night!. It usually creeps up, but the person realizes one day suddenly!.

This is why a person should not be in a hurry to loose weight!. The person should start at once but go slowly!. Do not wait for New Year!.

Taking above in to consideration a person should not loose more then 2 pounds per month!. This is a rear occurrence!. Do not panic!. The body has slowed down the metabolism to such a great extent that you must help it!. The only way to help is to increase activities, this means you have to exercise!. You do not need to join Gym but you can go on an an half an hour walk every day or batter still engage in a power walk for same duration!. Power walk burns 250 calories per hour and walk burns 100 calories per hour approximately!.

At 1500 calories intake per day what one must drink and eat!?

One gallon of liquids most of witch should be in the form of water (zero calories)!.
Calories should be accounted for all other liquids!.

Why water!?

Eat

What should be your proportionate in take of fat, Proteins and Complex Carbohydrates!?

This depends on what your need are!.

1!. Need to reduce fat!.

Fat: 10 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 150 calories!.
Complex Carbohydrates: 30 percent of 1500 calories per day = 450 calories!.
Proteins: 60 percent of 1500 calories per day = 900 calories!.

2!. Need more energy!.

Fat: 10 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 150 calories!.
Complex Carbohydrates: 40 percent of 1500 calories per day = 450 calories!.
Proteins: 50 percent of 1500 calories per day = 750 calories!.

3!. Need to reduce weight only!.

Fat: 25 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 375 calories!.
Complex Carbohydrates: 25 percent of 1500 calories per day = 375 calories!.
Proteins: 50 percent of 1500 calories per day = 750 calories!.

4!. Need to increase muscles bulk, but still reduce weight!.

Fat: 10 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 150 calories!.
Complex Carbohydrates: 15 percent of 1500 calories per day = 225 calories!.
Proteins: 75 percent of 1500 calories per day = 1125 calories!.
Exercise the muscles you want to develop, you can find right exercise on line, recommend use of light weights!.

Foot note: To take fat is so important, while reducing even fat, that it is included in all cases!. If the fat is completely cut out, body will think of producing the fat, and will produce the fat by reducing metabolism, without fat in take, you may actually again weight even at lower than 1500 calorie level!.
