Question: After strenuous workout,2/3 days after still aching!ache less how!?
Answers:
Go in and do a VERY lite work out!. Just go through the motions!. The ache is caused by small tears in your muscles!. Not a bad thing!. Stretch - allot!. If you are aching that long you are working out to hard to soon!. Slow down and do lite work outs!. Go easy for a few weeks and when you are ready ( meaning you are used to the current routine ) Step it up just a little!. Not a lot!. Sitting at home doing nothing will not help!. You will get stiff and be have to start all over!. The important thing is lite work outs, don't go all out your first few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a hot bath and put a few cups of Epsom salt in it!. Soak for 20min and take some Advil or Tylonal!. After you bathe stretch for 5 to 10 minutes to help stretch your sore muscles:) Always helps me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

stick to low intense but equally effective workouts like yoga and walking!.!.go on a fish oil supplement and take lots of lean protein and lowfat dairy in your diet!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

soak in a nice hot bath!! add some alcohol to it, or get you some bengay rub for soreness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
