How do you ab the flabby?!


Question: How do you ab the flabby!?
Answers:
No soda or Chocolate or Fast Food, AT ALL!. Unless you are real hungry on the road and that's your only choice!.


Excercise atleast 4 days a week, with rest days in between!.

Excercise for atleast 45 minutes, try and do lots of cardio exercises (Jogging, Jumping Jacks, Boxing, Dancing, etc!.!.) and probably even some yoga techniques in the beggining of your exercise so you can stretch out your abs!.

Try and do lots of Cardio excercises and lose some weight before you start doing sit ups so that it can be easier and so that you won't strain your back ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
